Piazze, trasparenze, luoghi di incontro informali, alberi, parchi, spazi dello sport, edifici per la ricerca: la produzione e l’innovazione trovano qui l’idea della città contemporanea attraverso un ecosistema urbano. Il progetto è incentrato infatti su una suddivisione in 5 ambiti (parchi) principali connessi tra di loro dal verde e da una rete di percorsi.</h5><h5><a></a>6) Un Parco della Biodiversità per un verde della comunità, condiviso e partecipativo. Un luogo per le specie vegetali e animali per ripopolare il quadrante dell’ex-Macrico. </h5><h5><a></a>7) Un Parco delle Arti per la produzione artistica e di welfare culturale. Un luogo di esposizione e condivisione del sapere artistico e artigianale. </h5><h5><a></a>8) Un Parco della Pace per l’accoglienza e la solidarietà. Uno spazio verde con edifici per attività sociali, associazioni e luoghi per la spiritualità come la Cappella Laudato Sì.</h5><h5><a></a>9) Un Parco della Cura per l’anima e il corpo. At the end of the corridors there are two open spaces called “piazza”, they are open social areas organized with platforms where the students can seat freely or attend a class. The concept for the core is to create a wood tool box, so it is all cladded with wood panels organized in various ways: storage, movable book shelves, small classrooms, pinnable walls. The typology of the 3-storey building, consisting of an internal central courtyard and entrances on both sides, consents a potential direct communication of the two fronts. Ground floor areas can be also accessed independently directly from the street. According to the functional program on the ground floor are located all common areas (hall, reception, bar, restaurant and relax room) as well as the service areas (personnel restrooms and changing rooms, restrooms for the public, kitchen). And while the ground floor is public orientated, the upper floors are entirely dedicated to the accommodation and the floor services. The courtyard becomes a functional area that not only works as a 'passage' between the two streets, but is also a pole of attraction, a reference point where one can stop and enjoy the open air space as an extension of the bar.
