Fulcro della proposta è la perfetta integrazione del nuovo complesso nel paesaggio agricolo: l'area del masterplan, infatti, si estende all'interno della Riserva Naturale Decima Malafede, molto ricca di flora e fauna, oltre che di reperti archeologici.\n\nPreservando il carattere verde della zona, il progetto è una sintesi di cortili e strade urbane per favorire lo scambio di idee, con spazi verdi aperti dedicati al tempo libero e alla contemplazione. Nel progetto, paesaggio e architettura si fondono, creando un’ampia varietà di spazi interconnessi che incoraggiano le sinergie. Il campus si sviluppa secondo una diagonale ideale che va dal confine con la città lungo Trigoria verso i campi agricoli aperti a nord, diventando un luogo tranquillo per insegnare e imparare, ben collegato alla città, eppure lontano dal suo trambusto.\n\nEdificare sull'asse est-ovest ha portato alla definizione di un Boulevard e di un nuovo accesso a est. I programmi sono stati ripartiti sul sito in modo che la Sanità si trovasse di fronte all'ospedale esistente, seguita dalla Ricerca, la Didattica e le strutture legate alla vita del campus in prossimità della città.\n\nVicino alla collina e alla cerniera che separa l'ospedale dalle strutture didattiche esistenti, l'Architectural Focus Building rappresenta il microcosmo di tutto il futuro polo universitario. Al suo interno trovano spazio un centro educativo e nuove funzioni collegate alla vita del campus, come spazi residenziali e di servizio, impianti sportivi, spazi di apprendimento informale, una nuova biblioteca, un centro di simulazione e gli uffici amministrativi. Separate tra loro, all’esterno le funzioni protendono verso il Boulevard e gli edifici originali; mentre internamente convergono verso il Knowledge Hub, un luogo di raccolta e condivisione delle idee, animato da diverse attività.", :intro_left_col=>nil, :intro_right_col=>"<p><span class=\"Nessuno\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Il Connector, la struttura che attraversa in quota il Boulevard in corrispondenza del nuovo ingresso ad est, costituisce una porta d'accesso al complesso, che mette simbolicamente in mostra le attività educative all’arrivo dei visitatori. Passando sotto l'ala dedicata alla didattica, si arriva all’entrata multipiano di forte impatto emotivo del Knowledge Hub, nel cuore dell’Architectural Focus Building, attraverso il quale si accede a tutte le ali dell’edificio.</span></span></p><p><span class=\"Nessuno\"><span>Il Boulevard diventa il centro formale del campus, mentre il Connector crea una fitta rete di passerelle schermate e programmi condivisi che collegano tra loro i futuri edifici dell’università.</span></span></p><p><span class=\"Nessuno\"><span></span></span></p><p><span class=\"Nessuno\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Linee e percorsi di alberi esistenti definiscono la trama di diversi spazi comuni all'aperto, tetti verdi e terrazze giardino, creando un campus senza soluzione di continuità tra interno ed esterno, una sorta di "Mosaico verde". Within the framework of an estate of 500 hectares of which 125 in the vineyard. The winery is organized for the entire winery-wine production process of the company, but has also been designed to host conferences, concerts and events. The tower, in addition to making the winery recognizable from afar, houses the functions of controlling temperature, humidity and weather conditions. The tasting room, offices and residences are located on the north side and follow the descending of the terrain. The perimeter corridor, about ten meters wide, to the north and east, houses two storeys, while in the south and west sides it is double height to contain the large steel vats.</span><br/></p><p style=\"font-size: 18px;\">The architectural project plays with subtle duplicity: structural lightness and the heaviness of the wall; the height development of the tower and the depth of the barrique; brightness and darkness of the hypogeum cellar; sinuosity of the landscape and linearity of the building. In this way the project managed to integrate itself harmoniously with the surrounding landscape, becoming a new reference point.</p><p style=\"font-size: 18px;\">The materials used for the construction of the winery are concrete, glass for the large façade surfaces and steel of the pillars and roofing. The working areas, conceived as factory spaces, functional and equipped with non-concealed technological tools, have concrete walls made richer thanks to the Finnish birch formwork, which creates a velvety effect on the surface. The square-shaped volume rests on a 5000-meter terracotta base. The pavilion made of satin steel profiles that hold large windows, has a second external skin, formed by vines that grow on the pillars to support the roof. The offices and apartments that are structured, to the north of the area, take up the metal grid covering of the central pavilion, thus allowing the vines to climb and grow above the volumes.
